Your new role

Lead and inspire multiple squads focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM technologies.

In this senior leadership role, you will:

• Manage more than two squads, each comprising a Technical Lead and a Functional Architect.
• Oversee all other headcounts within your chapter, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive the implementation of enterprise-grade CRM solutions and support Wealth Management advisory systems.
• Champion Agile delivery practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to deliver impactful outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Dynamics CRM.
• Strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Deep understanding of Azure DevOps, API integration, and financial application architecture.
• Familiarity with SSRS, Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, XRM Toolbox, and KingswaySoft (essential for senior roles).
• Experience in enterprise CRM implementations, ideally within banking or financial institutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for leading high-performing teams.
