Your new role

• Lead investor engagement initiatives, including quarterly briefings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Oversee external disclosures through stock exchange announcements, IR website updates, and analyst events.
• Develop and deliver high-quality investor materials such as presentations, FAQs, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and compliant market communications.
• Drive ESG-related disclosures and engagement with equity and debt investors.
• Monitor financial performance and market valuation, providing timely guidance to analysts and investors.
• Prepare insightful feedback and reports for senior leadership and the Board.
• Support the development of annual and sustainability reports.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets.
• Proven track record within multinational environments, ideally in Telecoms, Media, or Technology sectors.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with expertise in financial modeling.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment and collaborate across diverse teams.
