Your new role

• Lead the development and execution of strategies, frameworks, and best practices for digital investigations and security operations.

• Provide expert guidance on incident handling and investigative processes to internal teams and external partners.

• Drive compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and governance standards.

• Collaborate with enforcement bodies and industry partners to address cyber-related threats and risks.

• Represent the organization in local and international forums to enhance knowledge sharing and capacity building.

• Oversee the creation of procedures, training programs, and research initiatives to advance investigative capabilities.

• Manage departmental projects, budgets, and performance to ensure operational excellence.

• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing department.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10–15 years of experience in cybersecurity, digital forensics, or regulatory environments, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.

• A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of risk management, incident response, and governance frameworks.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.

• Malaysian citizenship and willingness to work on-site.
