Your new role
- Growth Strategy: Lead the development and execution of long-term plans to drive overall business growth and achieve future revenue targets.
- Marketing & Branding: Oversee the creation and implementation of a holistic marketing and brand strategy to strengthen the company’s market position.
- Business Development: Work with core business units to grow key product segments, expand into new customer groups, and explore opportunities in international markets.
- Profitability Management: Drive commercial initiatives aimed at improving overall revenue and profit margins across the Group.
- Portfolio Optimization: Pursue high‑margin business opportunities and strategically phase out or divest low‑profit projects to ensure a healthy and sustainable portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 15 years in Business Development, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role managing initiatives across multiple business units; exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or diversified groups is an added advantage.
Commercially Driven: Highly motivated by revenue growth, high‑value deals, and delivering strong bottom‑line impact.
Target-Oriented Mindset: Thrives in high-growth environments where targets are viewed as minimum expectations, not limits.
Performance-Focused: Proven success in roles where incentives and compensation are tied directly to commercial results.
Strong Negotiator: Able to navigate complex contract terms and consistently secure favourable outcomes.
