Your new role

The Head of Risk & Control will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end risk and control framework for the business. This role partners closely with senior business stakeholders to strengthen first‑line risk ownership, ensure effective control design and execution, and drive a strong risk culture across the portfolio. Key responsibilities include overseeing operational and non‑financial risk, governance and control assurance, issue management, and ensuring alignment with the bank’s risk appetite and regulatory expectations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in Risk & Control, Operational Risk, or Non‑Financial Risk within a corporate or commercial banking environment

• Solid understanding of corporate banking products and processes, including credit‑related workflows and front‑to‑back operations

• Proven leadership capability, with experience leading and influencing teams and partnering with senior business stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to strengthen first‑line risk ownership, control frameworks, and governance practices
