Your new role

As a Head of Finance, you are expected to:

• Manage various sections of accounting, taxation & finance operation
• Timely management & financial reporting with high degree of accuracy & integrity
• Compliance assurance & good corporate governance as part of continuous enterprise risk management, not limiting to such areas as tax & regulation as well as internal control compliance
• Financial operation efficiency & business stewardship to achieve long term competitiveness & sustainability
• Review financial statements and reports, including monthly management reports, quarterly Bursa reporting, statutory accounts
• To plan, lead and execute division business plan / other adhoc assignments & projects
• To develop staff and subordinates periodically in line with the changes and new developments in business & compliance requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Chartered accountant

• From an MNC/ large organisation background

• Experience in both strategic and operational finance

• Have led a big team in prior/ current employment
