An esteemed global MNC organization in the sustainable resources sector is seeking a highly experienced Head of Finance to lead its financial operations and financial planning and analysis. This strategic leadership role is ideal for a finance professional with deep expertise in financial management, FP&A, compliance, and strategic planning.


Your new role

The Head of Finance will oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring the organization’s fiscal health and compliance with international standards. This role includes strategic financial planning, budgeting, audit oversight, tax compliance, and treasury management. Additionally, the incumbent will work closely with senior leadership to optimize financial performance and support long-term organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Direct the financial operations across multiple international offices, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Strategic Budgeting & Reporting: Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support leadership in decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and financial institutions to drive best practices in financial management.
  • Investment Oversight: Liaise with banking and investment entities to assess financial performance and growth strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements in finance and accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency.


What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, risk management, and strategic budgeting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • High integrity and professionalism in financial governance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and excellence.
  • Effective communicator, capable of translating complex financial data for non-financial audiences.
