Your new role

• This role involves overseeing the operations of a fast-food chain with 2000 employees.
• The individual needs to develop the HR area, focusing on aligning and reviewing training programs and implementing retention schemes and recruitment drives for operational staff.
• Align and review all training materials for the numerous existing training programs.
• Implement strategies to retain operational staff at outlets, addressing high turnover due to the nature of the positions, while ensuring stability in HQ roles.
• Support the expansion of 12 new outlets and enhance the current HR team
• Act as a performance coach for leaders, design development programs for all employees, and develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and compensation, use data analytics for decision-making, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
