Your new role
As the Head of HR, you will oversee all core pillars of Human Resources, including Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HRIS Management, Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Mobility, Health & Safety, and general administration.
In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, while managing relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Held a Head of HR or senior people management position for at least 5 years
- Experience in the retail or consumer industry
- Worked within a matrix organization and be familiar with matrix reporting structures
- Hands-on experience across all pillars of HR, with a strong ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies
