A world-renowned company is looking for a Head of HR to join their organisation, up to 20k

Your new company

As this company is a financial services/legal shared service entity, this company is looking for a strong Head of HR that is well-versed in managing the end-to-end HR operations together as well as managing multiple stakeholders.

Your new role

This role will be handling the end-to-end HR generalist with strong emphasise on the strategic & operational scope of the role. They are pushing for more of a strategic HR to elevate the standard of these entities through digitalisation, workforce planning, change management and many more. Strong business partnering will also be needed as you will be dealing with multiple Heads of Departments and expatriates from all around the world.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Mix of operational and strategic HR experience
  • Experience in a Financial Services/Shared Service Environment
  • Able to be firm, proactive, and independent at work
