The centre also provides on-site laboratory services, 24-hour outpatient and emergency care, health screening, and more. Its mission is to offer precise, personalised, and effective management for patients with abdominal organ conditions.
Your new role
This is a strategic and high-impact Head of HR role, positioned at the heart of the organisation’s leadership. You will partner directly with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to shape and drive the people agenda in alignment with business objectives.
As a HR generalist, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment, employee engagement, and change management, to talent development, compensation, and payroll. Beyond operations, you will play a critical role in workforce planning and organisational design, ensuring the business is future-ready as it scales.
You will also lead and develop a team of three HR professionals, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, while ensuring an exceptional employee experience across the board. Leadership experience
