Your new role

Based in Selangor and as the Head of HR, you will oversee the full spectrum of human resources, including workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, culture development, and performance management. This is a strategic and succession‑aligned position, supporting senior leadership and preparing to step into a broader group-level mandate.You’ll be required to lead and build the HR team size and capability, drive people-focused initiatives across diverse employee groups (local and expatriate), and serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders at all levels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building functions, navigating complex environments, and elevating HR impact across an entire organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Preferably 15–20 years of work experience in full spectrum Human Resources or Business Partnering

• Preferably from the education industry or service line such as hospitality.

• Must have experience working in multinational environments and expatriates

• Must be a strong people manager upwards and downwards

• Must be passionate about growing talents and resilient

• Open to considering seasoned Senior HR Manager's
