We are representing a well‑established and growing Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) seeking an experienced Head of Investment to lead its acquisition, divestment, and capital deployment strategy. This is a senior leadership role with high visibility to the Board and Investment Committee, offering the opportunity to shape the long‑term growth of the REIT’s portfolio.

Your new role

As Head of Investment, you will be responsible for driving the REIT’s investment strategy, overseeing end‑to‑end acquisitions and divestments, and ensuring disciplined capital allocation that delivers sustainable returns to unit holders. You will work closely with Asset Management, Finance, and Senior Management to ensure alignment between investment decisions, portfolio performance, and distribution objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in real estate investments, REITs, fund management, or principal investing.

• Proven track record in executing property acquisitions and divestments within a REIT or similar institutional platform.

• Strong understanding of REIT structures, valuation methodologies, capital management, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management ability.
