About the Role

Lead the legal function for a major insurance and takaful provider, overseeing regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of legal professionals across multiple portfolios.
  • Advise senior management and board on legal and regulatory matters.
  • Drive legal strategy for corporate transactions and risk management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years PQE with strong corporate and insurance law experience.
  • Proven leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
