Head of Legal

Head of Legal in Property industry to be based in Selangor, up to RM420k per annum

You’ll be working for a reputable market-leader within the real estate industry who is looking for a Head of Legal. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.'

Your new role

  • Overseeing the organisation’s legal matters and ensuring compliance with the latest regulations
  • Leading and overseeing legal work within REITS, land matters, corporate exercises, and general commercial work
  • Reviewing business deals and managing the negotiation of contracts with the clients
  • Provide legal advisory and resolve any disputes or litigations that arises
  • Liaison with external parties where necessary

What you'll need to succeed

  • 15 - 20 years work experience in relevant industry
  • Strong technical knowledge in corporate exercises & JV, particularly cross border projects
  • Relevant experience in Construction or Real Estate industry is highly advantageous
  • REIT related experience is desirable
