Your new role

• Set and execute the mechanical engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and develop teams across design, analysis, and validation.
• Oversee mechanical design for precision motion, thermal systems, complex mechanisms, frames, and tooling.
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, cost, manufacturability, and safety requirements.
• Drive DFM/DFA, NPI, reliability improvements, and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Software, Process, Quality, Manufacturing, and customer teams.
• Champion continuous improvement and introduce new materials, mechanisms, and technologies.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you'll need to have:

• Extensive years of experience in semiconductor equipment or complex automation machinery.
• Track record in a leadership position within the relevant industries.
• Strong expertise in precision mechanisms, motion systems, pneumatics, actuators, thermal components, GD&T, FMEA, and NPI.
