Major international financial institution offer a wide range of services including retail and commercial banking, investment banking, and asset management. Due to the rapid growth of their comapny they are now seeking for a capable Head of Network and Security to be a part of their organization.

Your new role

• Leadership and Team Development: Supervise and guide a team of 25, fostering a cooperative and service-oriented environment. Support professional development and provide training to ensure high performance.

• Strategic Involvement: Participate in committees and projects to ensure compliance with strategic and operational targets. Continuously improve process organization concepts.

• Technical Expertise: Develop future-ready digital architectures, ensure compliance with security standards, and implement innovative solutions for network infrastructure and services.

• Security Management: Identify and manage security threats, implement vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, and stay updated on cybersecurity trends and threats.

• You will be working based on EMEA region hours.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in network and security architecture.

• Strong ability to lead a team.

• Able to work shift hours.
