Your new role
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Nursing Recruitment to lead the recruitment team and drive nurse recruitment initiatives for the hospital and its respective specialist centres in the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive nursing recruitment strategy aligned with organisational workforce plans, service expansion, and patient care requirements.
  • Partner with nursing and executive leadership to forecast staffing needs, identify talent gaps, and develop proactive recruitment solutions.
  • Lead initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency, time‑to‑hire, and candidate experience.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end nursing recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Strengthen the organisation’s employer brand to attract high-quality nursing candidates locally and internationally.
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies, including digital recruitment, campus engagement, referral programs, and international recruitment where applicable.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 7+ years of experience with significant focus on nursing recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing high‑volume and/or international nursing recruitment programs.
  • Strong understanding of nursing roles, clinical workforce requirements, and healthcare operating environments.
  • In‑depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, workforce planning, and labour market dynamics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using recruitment data to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to operate in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
