Your new role

• Steer the financial health of the primary care division and deliver agreed growth targets
• Strengthen service delivery across all centres through unified processes and performance frameworks
• Enhance workforce planning and productivity across multi‑disciplinary teams
• Advance clinical governance, care‑pathway coordination and referral practices
• Mentor senior leaders and build future‑ready talent pipelines across the organisation
• Represent the division in corporate, insurer and healthcare‑system partnership initiatives
• Contribute to new care models and pilot programmes that support long‑term healthcare reform

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you'll need to have:

• Track record of leadership experience in healthcare operations or large multi‑site service environments
• Strong commercial acumen with proven success in managing budgets, margins and operational KPIs
• Ability to work effectively with medical professionals, insurers, corporate clients and other stakeholders
