Job Description

• Lead all operational functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of disbursements, verifications, documentation, and collections.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and service standards while consistently delivering an excellent client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including maker-checker workflows and to ensure strong operational discipline.

Job Requirements

• Strong background in Credit Operations or Trade Finance Operations
• Experience within Corporate or Commercial segments is highly preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, streamline processes, and ensure compliance across complex operations
