Your new role

• Structure, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships through product innovation, networking, and stakeholder management.

• Lead a team of Partnership Managers to hunt for and capture new opportunities across multiple industries.

• Analyse partnership performance, derive insights, and recommend actions to improve partnership performance, effectiveness, and growth.

• Work with internal teams to develop innovative and relevant insurance products.

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 5 years of Partner Acquisition experience in FinTech, Insurance, Banking, Telco, or other relevant industries.

• Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close deals with large corporations.

• Creative self-starter and quick learner with a can-do attitude.

• Strong communication skills.
