We are partnering with a reputable financial services organisation to appoint a Head of Private Wealth , a senior leadership role responsible for driving the growth, governance, and overall performance of the Private Wealth division in Malaysia.

Your new role

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Private Wealth division in line with overall corporate objectives.
• Drive business growth through client acquisition, AUM growth, and service enhancement.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Private Wealth team to ensure strong performance and delivery of top‑tier client service.
• Provide personalised wealth management, financial planning, and investment advisory solutions to HNW and UHNW clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring tailored solutions aligned with their financial goals.
• Govern the advisory and sales process to ensure client‑first principles and best‑interest outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking, with strong exposure to HNW/UHNW clients.
• Proven track record in business development, AUM growth, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, estate planning, tax, and retirement solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passed relevant Securities Commission modules (e.g. Modules 6, 7, 12, 19 / 19A / 19B).
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
