Your new role

As a Head of Procurement, your responsibilities include (but not limited to):

-Lead and transform the organisation’s group-wide procurement function, driving strategic initiatives, governance, digitalisation and performance excellence.
-Oversee procurement planning, category management, sourcing strategies and vendor management to ensure cost optimisation, supply reliability and strong compliance.
-Serve as Tender Secretary, ensuring full governance, transparency and adherence to policies across all tender processes.
-Champion the Procurement Center, driving data analytics, digital procurement tools, sustainability practices and continuous improvement.
-Shape and govern procurement frameworks, policies and assurance activities to support business growth and operational excellence.
-Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of procurement professionals, building capabilities in strategic sourcing, governance and supplier relationship management.


What you'll need to succeed
-Minimum 15 years’ experience in procurement, covering category management, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
-Proven leadership experience heading a procurement function across multiple jurisdictions or business entities.
-Strong background in supplier management, ideally within oil & gas, or related heavy‑industry sectors.
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or Business; professional certifications or a relevant Master’s degree are advantageous.
-Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen and ability to drive governance and transformation.
