We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Regional Head of Procurement to lead procurement operations across the global markets. This role is responsible for driving regional sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, and aligning procurement initiatives with global business objectives.

Your new role

As a Regional Head of Procurement, you are responsible for the following:
  • Develop and implement regional procurement strategies that support long-term organizational goals and global procurement standards.
  • Lead annual procurement planning and establish performance benchmarks to drive excellence across the function.
  • Identify and execute innovative sourcing approaches, manage supplier partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance procurement initiatives.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring cost efficiency, supply reliability, and adherence to quality and service standards.
  • Oversee procurement systems and tools to streamline operations, monitor KPIs, and deliver accurate performance reporting.
  • Represent procurement in regional leadership forums, contributing to strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Champion talent development, team engagement, and continuous improvement across the procurement organization.


What you'll need to succeed

Must-haves:
  • A strong people leader with abilities to drive a dynamic team culture and growth
  • Direct and indirect strategic procurement experiences
  • Global or regional market exposures with at least a minimum of 10 markets

  • More than 10 years of global procurement experience across diverse categories
  • Strong leadership in category management and strategic sourcing
  • Led regional procurement teams with full accountability for spend and performance
  • Proven track record in driving digital and operational transformation
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across key business units
  • Experienced in managing vendor relationships and high-value contract negotiations
