Your new role

-Lead centralized procurement at group level, aligning strategies with business goals, cost‑saving targets, and client‑mandated supplier requirements.
-Oversee end‑to‑end sourcing processes including RFQs, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance, while standardizing procurement policies and workflows across the Group.
-Build and manage strong relationships with mandated and strategic suppliers, establishing a robust vendor governance framework for onboarding, evaluation, and compliance.
-Drive improved service levels, optimized pricing structures, and long‑term value creation through supplier collaboration.
-Oversee logistics planning, distribution coordination, and inventory control to ensure continuity of supply for manufacturing and operational needs.

What you'll need to succeed

-Proven leadership experience in procurement within the OEM, automotive or metal manufacturing sector.
-Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
-Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, ERP systems, commodity pricing, and metal material terms.
-Ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration, lead transformation initiatives, and manage complex supplier negotiations.

-Demonstrated experience working with government bodies
