This well established financial institution is looking for a Head of Risk Management.

Your new role

As the Head of Risk Management, you will be responsible to provide practical direction for the risk management team. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s Risk Management Framework to ensure alignment with BNM regulations and local policies. Key duties include developing risk reporting requirements and forward-looking insights, managing and updating the Risk Register, and monitoring the effectiveness of risk assessments and mitigation measures. The position also involves conducting independent reviews of operational processes, identifying opportunities for centralized risk controls. Overall, the role focuses on strengthening risk governance and building robust risk management capabilities across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 15 years of working experience within the financial services sector, with a strong focus on Risk Management

  • Further experience in ICAAP / Financial Risk / Capital Management will be preferred

  • Well verse with local regulatory requirements with sound knowledge in risk management

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage stakeholders will be required
