Your new role

This role is responsible for leading and strengthening the enterprise‑wide risk management function within the group. It provides independent oversight across enterprise, credit, operational, liquidity, and emerging risks, while advising senior leadership and the board on risk exposure and appetite. The position plays a key role in shaping risk governance, enhancing controls and reporting, ensuring regulatory alignment, and building a strong risk culture that supports long‑term, sustainable growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive leadership experience managing risk within regulated financial environments

• Solid understanding of lending products alongside a forward‑looking approach to digitalisation and innovation
