Title of Role: Head of Sales (Automotive Retail Finance)

Your new role

• Develop and Implement strategic sales plans and business development activities for the automotive retail finance business lines

• Drive business development by actively creating sales campaigns to expand market presence

• Collaborate on creating a holistic strategy for Automotive Retail Finance function to drive sustainable and profitable growth

• Provide Leadership and Management to the Sales and Marketing Team to drive performance and meet operational targets

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry

• Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team and driving sales initiatives

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Team, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
