Our client is a multinational MLM company with over 70 years of history in the market, specialises in Home Products that are trusted by people globally. They are currently looking for a talented Head of Sales to join their team!
Your new role
As a Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for managing the sales team, implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance and business growth, as well as working closely with the marketing team in developing promotional activities. You are required to review analytics and provide solutions proactively to improve new recruits onboarding and retention. Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximise sales results.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
At least 6 to 8 years of Sales experience in MLM, direct selling or equivalent.
Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present strategy at every level within the organisation.
