A renowned property developer is looking for a Head of Sales (Johor)

You will be working for a renowned property developer as the Head of Sales.

Your new role

  • Spearhead and oversee a dynamic sales team based in the Southern Johor region, ensuring achievement of sales KPIs and fostering a high-performance, service-driven culture.

  • Craft and execute targeted sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics, with a special emphasis on upcoming residential and mixed-use developments in the region.

  • Guide prospective buyers through end-to-end financing processes by leveraging strong knowledge of mortgage solutions and banking procedures, ensuring seamless transactions.

  • Build deep-rooted relationships within the local community, including government entities, industry partners, and potential clients, using your extensive regional network and market insight.

  • Drive expansion in market share through customer-centric sales approaches, optimizing lead conversion and pipeline growth across key township projects.

  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and operations teams to synchronize sales plans with branding initiatives, events, and new launches.

  • Deliver consistent market intelligence reporting, including performance analytics and competitor monitoring, to inform sales direction and business planning.

  • Actively liaise with lending institutions and other strategic partners to uncover additional opportunities and bolster sales outcomes

What you'll need to

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • At least 7 years of experience in the property industry, ideally with a strong background in leading sales teams.

  • Well-versed in the southern Johor property landscape, with a solid grasp of regional real estate regulations and buyer behaviors.

  • Strong proficiency in mortgage advisory and the loan application process, with experience collaborating with banks and financial agents.

  • An established professional network within the local area, including relationships with authorities and financial institutions.

  • Energetic and highly self-driven, with a clear passion for property sales and team leadership.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
