Your new role

A senior sales leadership position responsible for defining and executing the company’s sales strategy, leading and scaling a non-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. It focusses on setting and achieving sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, strengthening key client relationships, and collaborating cross-functional to optimise go-to-market efforts. The role also involves establishing effective sales processes, analysing performance and market data, and managing forecasting and budgets to support informed, strategic decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with overall business goals to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high‑performing sales team with clear targets and accountability.
  • Set sales KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand business through strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functional with marketing, product, and operations to optimise go-to-market execution.
  • Establish and refine sales processes, tools, forecasting, and reporting to improve efficiency and visibility
  • Bring proven senior sales leadership experience, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a relevant bachelor’s degree.
