Your new role

You’ll lead the strategic planning and execution of asset and vessel management, overseeing their full lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. This includes driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, managing budgets and KPIs, and supporting commercial readiness. You’ll also develop a high-performing team and champion continuous improvement across global operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 20 years of working experience in the offshore oil and gas, marine and energy sector

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine, or related field

• Strong track record in asset management, vessel operations with dynamic positioning vessels
