Your new role
- Own and deliver a holistic TA strategy aligned to business priorities, workforce plans, and governance expectations.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across diverse role types, including confidential and evergreen hiring.
- Establish and run a robust TA operating model with clear prioritisation, pipeline reviews, and bottleneck management.
- Drive adoption of AI‑enabled recruiting solutions to improve recruiter efficiency, interview quality, and time‑to‑hire, while ensuring responsible and well‑governed use.
- Build a strong recruitment analytics agenda, translating data (e.g. source effectiveness, funnel health, market insights) into clear decisions and actions.
- Lead, coach, and uplift a team of recruiters through consultative hiring practices, structured interviewing, data literacy, and technology adoption.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, assessment integration, and stakeholder experience across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- 8–12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including proven people leadership.
- Strong track record operating in regulated, high‑complexity environments with senior stakeholder exposure.
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment delivery, operating rhythms, and governance.
- Experience leveraging data, analytics, and automation to improve hiring outcomes.
- A consultative, credible leader who can balance speed, quality, candidate experience, and risk.
