To spearhead and lead the customer service division together with the VP.
Effectively manage a team of customer service and contact centre staff spread out over different site offices, through proper manpower planning, management practices, talent development, coaching and guidance.
Effectively manage internal/external stakeholders and top management, providing regular updates on strategy, progress and performance.
