Your new role
This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on employee data management, HR systems administration, payroll coordination, and workforce administration within a manufacturing plant environment. You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting HR processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
1. Employee Data Management & HR Systems
- Maintain and update employee master data in SAP, HRIS, and related systems.
- Process employee movements including confirmation, promotion, transfer, redesignation, salary revisions, and separation.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of organisational structure and employee records.
2. Attendance & Workforce Administration
- Administer attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and lateness tracking.
- Monitor discrepancies and coordinate with departments for rectification.
- Support Time Management Systems (TMS), biometric, and facial recognition attendance systems.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate payroll input preparation and submission.
- Process allowances, claims, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
- Maintain payroll records within SAP and support benefits administration (insurance, loans, subsidies, welfare programmes).
4. HR Documentation & Employee Services
- Provide HR administrative support and employee service desk assistance.
- Respond to employee enquiries on HR policies and benefits.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
5. Facilities & General Administration
- Support canteen and employee welfare facilities administration.
- Manage uniform issuance and inventory control.
- Administer employee ID and access cards.
6. Reporting & Operational Support
- Prepare HR operational reports and dashboards.
- Assist in audits, compliance reviews, and documentation exercises.
- Support HR projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
What you'll need to succeed
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Payroll Administration.
Hands-on experience with SAP HR, HRIS, or payroll systems is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of employee data management and HR documentation processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
