As the HR Manager, you will be tasked with being quick on your feet with the ability to articulate and lead conversations and guide projects. They need someone guide and set up HR processes for them, a strong foundation is key for their success. Besides that stakeholder management is key in this line of business and is looked very seriously upon. This role also grants you the opportunity to work with international companies and big names in the technology industry.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to qualify for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 8 years’ HR Manager experience within the IT industry
• A MNC experience
• A strong understanding of manpower planning/ budgeting, performance review and vast experience in employee relations.
• A strong background in Payroll
• A clear understanding of HR culture and sourcing requirements.
• A need to be the point of contact for all related HR matters.
• Understanding of managing employees under your business portfolio.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), supervisory and public relations skills.
