Your new role

• Managing MSQH certification for PERKESO compliance.
• Spearheading the digitalization of HR systems (e.g., Timesoft HRIS).
• Designing and rolling out a new onboarding program.
• Updating and revising SOPs and employee handbooks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Extensive experience as a full-spectrum HR generalist, including payroll.
• A proven track record in managing a workforce of 600+ employees.
• The ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with leading impactful projects.
• Healthcare background is an added advantage.
