Our client is a dynamic technology start-up making bold strides in the renewable energy and sustainable technology sector. With a rapidly evolving business model and a newly launched strategic business unit focused on electrical power distribution for the data centre industry, they are scaling quickly and need a strong HR leader to partner with them on this journey.
Your new role
As the HR Manager, you’ll be the first to lead the full HR spectrum for this newly established unit. This position calls for a hands-on and strategic HR generalist who can thrive in a technical environment and start-up culture. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building HR strategies and policies from the ground up to support a growing team
- Spearheading recruitment and talent acquisition for technical and engineering roles, scaling from 10 to 50 headcounts
- Working closely with senior leadership to align HR practices with technical operations in electrical distribution
- Managing employee relations, compliance, and performance frameworks within a safety-regulated industry
- Cultivating a workplace culture that emphasises innovation, agility, and technical excellence
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s At least 8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably from technical or engineering sectors
- Experience of leading a team with strong knowledge of the full spectrum of HR
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
