With a diverse and collaborative culture, they are expanding rapidly in Malaysia, operating one established plant with over 500 employees and preparing to launch a brand-new facility.
Your new role
As HR Manager, you will take charge of HR operations for the established plant, leading a small team and reporting directly to senior regional HR leadership. You will be responsible for recruitment, manpower planning, organisational development, industrial relations, and employee engagement. Key projects will include:
Recruitment & Workforce Planning – Driving hiring initiatives to support aggressive expansion and aligning workforce needs with business priorities.
Business Partnering – Advising stakeholders on effective strategies to build and operate the plant successfully.
Foreign Worker Management – Coordinating with external partners to ensure compliance and smooth processes.
This role requires someone who can thrive in a supportive yet fast-paced environment, balancing collaboration with independent accountability.
