Your new role

• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and timely execution

• Maintain and manage HR data with a strong focus on data integrity, reporting, and manual record-keeping.

• Handle day-to-day HR administration

• Continuous improvement of processes and systems to streamline manual processes
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in leading a manual HR Operations environment

• Experience of leading a team

• Proven skills in utilising Excel
