AVP, HR Operations (HR Ops Team Lead)
Roles and Responsibilities
AVP, HR Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence Across key HR functions, including HR information and data administration and Management, employee lifecycle management, compensation and benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:-
Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and lifecycle processes.
Oversee employee data management and administration in HR system (Workday), data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support reporting and/or informed decision-making.
Manage foreign worker employment processes, including work permits, renewals, and compliance with immigration regulations.
Review, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labour laws, statutory requirements, and Group HR guidelines.
Partner with HR Business Partners, functional teams, and senior stakeholders to address operational HR needs and resolve employee-related matters.
