Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR), including handling people issues and grievances with professionalism and empathy. You will advise management on performance matters and oversee Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to support employee development and accountability. As part of policy implementation, you will play both an advisory and hands-on role to ensure consistent application across the organisation. While recruitment is primarily managed by the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will provide minor support where needed to ensure a smooth hiring process.What you'll need to succeed
