Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for all HR matters and the businesses go-to individual. Experience in industrial relations for a corporate business, coaching leaders, managing local senior stakeholders and international stakeholders are a requirement of the scope. This position will be heavily involved in Business Partnering/stakeholder management (50%) and supporting operational matters such as reporting, data analytics and so forth (50%) together with a COE team. Being in a front-facing role, engagement activities and an approachable personality would be a good fit for the role.
What you'll need to succeed
More than 8 years HRBP experience and/or 10–15 years working experience will be preferred.
Candidates from Banking, Consulting, Corporate or Financial institutions will be an added advantage.
Proven experience of successfully managing senior stakeholders is a must.
Regional exposure or frequent engagement with international stakeholders is preferred.
