Your new role
You will be collaborating with the HRIS Lead, business stakeholders and global teams in support of system maintenance, production support, project/process improvement, training, and managing additional functionality in HR systems. This role will allow you to be directly involved in SAP SF module implementation for the APAC Region.
What you'll need to succeed
Requires intimate knowledge of HR systems, architectures, technologies, standards and protocols.
Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices are preferred.
Proven expertise in business process management and technical change management
Demonstrated the ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; demonstrated an ability to effectively communicate about technical and business issues and solutions at multiple organisational levels
Good general human resources skills and knowledge in the Asia Pacific region is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and process mapping applications.
Fluent in speaking and written English. Knowledge of any other Asian languages is advantageous.
