Your new role
You will be responsible for guiding a team of HR professionals and functioning partly as a HRBP. Experience in managing people and being well-versed in foreign worker management and industrial relations within the manufacturing business will be essential to understanding business needs. You will be in-charge of ensuring operations across Malaysia runs smoothly and being the go-to person for your internal team to review, answer queries, proposing problem-solving solutions before final approval from a Senior HR.
What you'll need to succeed
Preferably more than 10 years of work experience including managerial exposure leading a team 5 and above.
High potential Assistant HR Managers are welcomed to apply
Preferably from the manufacturing industry with heavy exposure to IR
Proven experience in managing foreign workers and a large workforce
Must be proficient in Mandarin and willing to be based in Melaka
