Your new role

• Deliver and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Lead application onboarding for secure authentication, including SSO, MFA, and access provisioning.
• Act as the IAM subject-matter expert, handling design, deployment, and complex troubleshooting.
• Ensure IAM platforms meet security, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of IAM processes, tools, and operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience, including strong development or scripting skills in Java and/or PowerShell.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions, such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, or AWS IAM.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and hybrid identity environments, including Azure, AWS, Linux/Unix, and directory services.
• Solid understanding of authentication and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed, and related identity flows.
• Experience working in regulated environments, with strong discipline in security controls, access governance, and audit compliance.
