What you'll need to succeed

• Expertise with Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Solid experience with Active Directory - able to navigate and create queries using PowerShell.
• Skilled in Managing Fileserver and managing permissions on Exchange or O365.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills to have the ability to handle a customer service environment.
• A desirable skill will be to have similar experience with other applications i.e. Okta or Azure AD.
