Your new company A globally established organisation within the health and wellbeing industry, supporting operations across more than 100 markets worldwide. With a strong international presence and a customer-centric approach, the company is known for its structured processes, supportive work culture, and commitment to service excellence. As part of its regional expansion, the organisation is setting up a new customer support team in Malaysia to service Indonesian- and Tagalog-speaking markets.
What you'll do • Handle inbound customer calls, addressing product, billing, and general inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Provide clear and accurate information on products, services, and policies while maintaining high service standards. • Resolve customer complaints and manage complex cases in accordance with established SOPs, escalating when required. • Accurately document customer interactions within the CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution and seamless service delivery. What you'll need • Fluency in English and either Tagalog or Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) for business communication. • Open to Malaysian citizens, or candidates holding a valid Malaysia Spouse Visa or Residence Pass–Talent (RP-T). • Prior experience in customer service or call centre environments is advantageous but not compulsory. • Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma/Degree not required). • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with CRM tools and multitasking. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
