An industrial test and measurement company is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to join their team.

Your new role

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide tailored technical rental solutions to drive sales conversions.
• Work closely with the sales team to support business growth and identify new rental opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical recommendations to support revenue generation for the branch.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates to management on sales activities and pipeline.
• Ensure high service standards through timely follow-up, customer engagement, and participation in marketing events or related initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or technical support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
