Your new role

• Manage key transaction work streams for buy-side investment projects.

• Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential investment opportunities (JV, M&A, partnerships).

• Oversee due diligence for potential investments.

• Support deal structuring and negotiation.

• Maintain stakeholder relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or advisory.

• Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Good command of English & B. Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
